I have forgotten my FTP password. How can I retrieve it?

You must create a new FTP password, by following these instructions:

1. Log in at www.domainnameshop.com with your username and password (or select forgotten password if you have lost it)
2. Click "My domains"
3. Select the domain name in question
4. Click on the "Web hosting" tab or "Manage web hosting" to the right on the page
5. Click on "FTP" or "View/change" to the right on the same line.
