How do I read email with Outlook 2016 for Mac?
  1. Click on ToolsAccounts... in the top menu

  2. Choose Add Email Account. If you do not see this choice, click on the plus icon in the lower left.

  3. Enter your email address and click on Continue

  4. When the screen below appears, choose Not IMAP/Not Exchange

  5. Click on IMAP/POP to make the advanced settings appear.

  6. Enter the account information like in the screenshot below, and then click on Add Account

    NB: Replace mittnavn1 with your email account's username.

  7. If everything went correctly, the below image will appear:

  8. Click Done, and the email client is ready for use!
