As previously notificated, email users who did not change their passwords before 20 October 16:00 CEST have had their passwords automatically reset.
These email users can neither read nor send email.
Only the domain administrator (account administrator) can change the email passwords.
If you are the administrator and have forgotten your password, order a password reset. Enter the domainname in question. If we have your cell phone number, you may receive a one-time code via SMS.
