Messages will be posted here if and when we identify network or service errors lasting more than 5 minutes, or in case we make system changes that we think will affect our users. Messages older than 2 months will not be displayed, unless they contain currently relevant information.

2026-06-22 11:02: The email problem has been resolved.
The email service issue was resolved at 09:30. Some delay in email delivery is expected in the next few hours.

2026-06-22 01:26: Outage - Email.
We are experiencing an outage on an email server tonight. This is causing some customers to have problems logging into their email accounts via IMAP, POP, and webmail. We apologize for the inconvenience and are working to resolve this.

2026-06-09 07:40: Overloaded webservers
Two of our webservers have repeatedly been overloaded late this night and in the morning hours.

We have identified the cause and the problem is now solved.
