Please note: You should make sure you have a local copy of all files uploaded to your web hotel, in case you accidentally delete one or more files. You should also ensure that you have a copy of your databases, and of important email.
Our backups are intended as a safety net for hardware failures and other server problems, not as a substitute for customers' own backups. It is cumbersome and time consuming to restore a specific customer's web hotel.
Regretfully, we cannot promise to restore specific web hotels.
