How do I upgrade to PHP 5.5?

If your webhotel is hosted by our old PHP 5.3 platform, you may upgrade to PHP 5.5, or wait for an automated upgrade in November/December 2015.

This is how you perform the upgrade:

1. Login at www.domainnameshop.com
2. Click on "My domains"
3. Click on the domainname in question
4. Click on the tab "Webhotel", in the top menu
5. Click on "Upgrade to PHP 5.5"
   
6. Read the text and click on the "Upgrade" button

Please note that the upgrade may take 1-2 hours to take effect.

Downgrading to PHP 5.3 is possible up to 14 days after you started the upgrade, but not after the end of 2015.
