How do I set up revers DNS (PTR records) for my IP addresses?
We do not offer reverse DNS (PTR).

When you have our DNS service, you can use the control panel to set up DNS pointers from host names (e.g. www.example.com) to IP addresses (e.g. 127.1.2.3).

However, it is not possible to set up pointers the other way around, that is from IP addresses to host names (PTR records).

If you need reverse DNS, you need to contact the owner of the IP address in question (e.g. Yahoo or AOL) and ask them to do it.

Colocation customers who rent rack space in our server room, and who thereby have an IP address from us (i.e. your IP address matches 194.63.250.x), may contact support for assistance.
