Why do I receive virus infected emails? Don't you have a virus filter installed?

Yes, we have anti-virus software installed deleting recognized viruses.

In some cases, a new virus is distributed before the anti-virus software providers have updated their list of known viruses, hence our anti-virus software will not recognize it either.

We are scanning for virus, but we also recommend all our customers to run anti-virus software on their own pc. Multiple layers of protection decreases the chance of your pc getting infected.
