I cannot publish with FrontPage. What is wrong?
There can be many reasons why you cannot publish your web pages with FrontPage. Here are the most common problems:
  1. There is a temporary problem with your internet connection or your internet access provider. Make sure that you are connected to the Internet (e.g. that you can read online news papers like www.guardian.co.uk and www.nytimes.com), before further error checking.
  2. You are trying to use FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE). FPSE support is now discontinued.
  3. The domain is recently registered or transferred. It can take 24-48 hours before all the nameservers are notified that the domain is registered or transferred. The web pages will be visible after the nameservers have registered this information. Wait 24 hours and try again.
  4. You have set up a DNS pointer or WWW forwarding for www.mydomainname.com, and you're therefore looking at the wrong web page. Delete the DNS pointer or WWW forwarding, wait at least two hours and try again.
