How do I manage email accounts?

Log into the control panel at with your username and password, choose the domain in question and go to "Manage email" to the right on the page. You will be presented with the following view:

Here you can perform the following actions:

  1. Select whether Domainnameshop (most common) or an external mail server (advanced users) handles email. More information about using an external mail server, here.

  2. Under the heading "Email addresses", you can add, change and delete email addresses.

    • To add a new email address, click "Create new email address" (below the list of current email addresses), which starts the address creation wizard.

    • To change settings for an existing email address, click on the magnifying glass icon next to the email address you want to change.

    • To delete an existing email address, click on the trash can icon next to the email address you want to delete.

  3. Under "Email user accounts", which is only displayed if you select "Show email user accounts and change passwords", you may see details about each account. You can create new accounts, as well as change and delete existing accounts, and even change the password for existing accounts.
